Job description: Simple Procurement Specialist is responsible for realization, handling and evaluation of purchasing process according to order established in the Company and also provides support on international business trips.
Upon demand, the employee will perform additional tasks assigned by the Unit Manager.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze the suppliers’ market (external and internal);
- Maintain an updated list of potential suppliers;
- Prepare procurement documentation;
- Ensure bids opening and evaluation;
- Negotiate with suppliers;
- Prepare Supplier Selection Report;
- Ensure the organization of e-voting;
- E-archive the documents;
- Check-up of invoices;
- Check-up of contract draft;
- Provide business travel and conference arrangements including tickets, hotels, travel insurance and visas in collaboration with travel agency and insurance company;
Maintain databases;
Organize nomenclature process;
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
Ensure smooth control of respective Compliance sensitive documents implementation and adherence to them on all levels of his/her respective staff; collaborate with Compliance manager on as needed basis.
Required qualifications
- Higher education preferably in Economics;
- 3 years of professional experience in Procurement;
- Awareness of the law of the RA on Procurements, Public Auctions, Civil Code;
- Effective communication skills;
- Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English;
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, flexibility;
- Knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Ability to conduct negotiations and bargains;
- Ability to work under pressure with critical deadlines.
