We are currently looking for a Risk Management Specialist to join our team at NRGaming. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to contribute to our company’s risk assessment.
Job responsibilities
Develop and manage the company’s risk management framework with a focus on fraud prevention, player protection, and operational integrity
Monitor user’s activity to detect unusual or suspicious behavior, potential fraud, abuse, or bonus manipulation
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Payments, Customer Support)
Optimize risk monitoring rules, tools, and workflows based on evolving threats and market trends
Analyze financial transactions and payment data to identify chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, and other irregularities
Conduct regular risk assessments and reporting to senior management
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in fraud and risk management
Work closely with third-party providers (e.g., fraud detection platforms, payment processors) to ensure effective risk controls.
Required qualifications
Higher education in Finance, Mathematics, or Risk Management or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and experience working with databases
Working proficiency in English
Solid mathematical knowledge
Proficiency in computer software (including Microsoft Office tools)
Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Additional information
This role operates across following shifts—9:00–18:00 or 18:00–02:00. Candidates will be assigned a specific shift and will remain on that schedule.
