What You’ll Do

As a Digital PR Research & Ideation Specialist, you’ll be the creative mind behind our most impactful campaigns. Your job is to uncover the data, trends, and stories that journalists will want to cover — and turn those insights into ideas that earn backlinks and media attention for our clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Researching industry trends, news cycles, and niche topics to uncover campaign opportunities
  • Identifying seasonal, national, and global events to align campaigns with timely hooks
  • Sourcing credible data from studies, reports, and databases that can form the basis of campaigns
  • Brainstorming and developing unique campaign concepts with a focus on newsworthiness*
  • Creating detailed campaign briefs for the outreach and content teams to execute
    Collaborating with designers, writers, and outreach specialists to ensure ideas are clear and actionable
  • Monitoring competitor campaigns and industry publications to stay ahead of the curve
    Continuously refining ideation processes to increase campaign success rates
