About The Role
We're hiring a Senior QA Engineer to help us perfect our Frank AI Assistant!
We're looking for a battle-tested Senior Quality Assurance professional who’s passionate about voice technology and wants to play a key role in shipping a high-quality conversational AI product.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for our voice AI assistant
- Set up robust testing frameworks for voice interactions, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), and end-to-end conversation flows
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and edge-case testing across different accents, languages, devices, and noisy environments
- Work closely with AI/ML, backend, and product teams to identify and resolve issues early
- Help establish QA processes and automation that scale as we grow
About You
- Strong experience in QA for voice-enabled or real-time AI products
- Deep knowledge of testing conversational interfaces, latency, accuracy, and natural language understanding
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks relevant to voice AI
- A quality-obsessed mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
