Grovf is excited to announce the next edition of Grovf Academy - our fully sponsored engineering training program designed for ambitious students and recent graduates pursuing a career in digital design and hardware engineering.
The Academy combines technical instruction, hands-on experience, and mentorship from experienced Grovf engineers to help participants build practical skills and gain exposure to real engineering workflows used in the semiconductor industry.

We welcome applications from motivated students and recent graduates with:
A strong foundation in Mathematics, Electronics, and Programming
Basic knowledge of C/C++
Familiarity with Linux
Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog is considered an advantage
Knowledge of English and Russian is a plus

Duration: Approximately 3 months
Schedule: 2–3 sessions per week

Admission to Grovf Academy is competitive and consists of several stages:

Important Information
Due to the hands-on nature of the Academy, the number of participants is limited.
The Academy is conducted entirely onsite and in Armenian language.
Online participation is not available.
Throughout the program, participants will complete technical assignments, practical exercises, and regular performance evaluations. The Academy is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to invest time, effort, and continuously develop their technical knowledge and practical skills.
