Job Overview

The Personalization Operator is responsible for carrying out the operational tasks required for the secure personalization and production of ID documents. This includes operating machinery, handling sensitive materials, ensuring accuracy in documentation, The role directly contributes to the integrity, timeliness, and efficiency of the ID document production and issuance process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate personalization machinery for ID document according to approved procedures.
• Perform Basic maintenance of the machine.
• Manage the introduction and flow of ID documents through the personalization process.
• Responsible for the stock of ID Document, received.
• Follow and escalate the technical problems of the Personalization machines.
• Follow and report the quality issues with the ID documents.  
• Reports the production figures on daily and monthly bases.
• Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes.
• Follows tasks given by production management according to the plan and other duties related to fulfil those tasks.Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.  
• Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.  
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes.  
• Support reception of Blank ID Documents.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree.

• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document handling.  
• Ability to work responsibly with sensitive information.  
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or shifts as required

Optional Skills & Qualifications  

• Mechanical knowledge will be a plus.
