Job Overview
The Dispatch Operator is responsible for preparing blank documents, creating and preparing ID documents for personalization, sorting and verifying personalized documents, and preparing completed documents for shipment. The role ensures the accurate handling of sensitive materials, maintains document traceability throughout the process, and supports the secure and timely distribution of ID documents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Blank document receptions from vault.
- Responsible for the stock of ID Document, received.
- Realise inventory.
- Ensure and monitor daily activities so that identity documents are sent within the allotted timeframes.
- Support production management to have always necessary supply to perform dispatch activities.
- Archive production and operational documents as required.
- Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes.
- Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes.
- Support reception of Blank ID Documents.
