Job Overview

The QC Operator is responsible for inspecting and verifying the physical and quality of personalized ID documents. Supports production by identifying defects, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring only compliant products proceed to the next stage of the process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure only compliant products are released for packaging and shipment.
• Perform quality control inspections of ID cards documents.
• Verify the physical condition of cards, including print quality, personalization accuracy and other security features.
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
• Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes.
• Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.  
• Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.  
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes.  
• Realise inventory.
• Support production management to have always necessary supply to perform QC activities.
• Support reception of Blank ID Documents.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.  
• Ability to identify physical and visual defects.  
• Good observation and inspection skills.  
• Basic computer Skills.  
• Ability to follow quality control procedures and work instructions.  
• Good record keeping and documentation.  
• High school diploma or university degree.  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.  
• Experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing environments.  
• Experience inspecting ID cards, passports, or secure documents is an advantage.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or shifts as required.
• Ability to work responsibly with sensitive information.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and defect classification.
