Production Operator is responsible for carrying out the operational tasks required in the secure personalization and production of ID documents. This includes operating machinery, handling sensitive materials, ensuring accuracy in documentation, maintaining secure workflows and follow entire Production process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate personalization machinery for ID document processing according to approved procedures.  
• Manage the introduction and flow of ID documents through the personalization process.  
• Responsible for the stock of ID Document, received.
• Support continuous improvement of quality, security, and efficiency in production processes.
• Work closely with production management, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.  
• Provide timely reporting on production figures and operational issues.  
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits, KPIs, and compliance purposes.  
• Realise inventory.
• Support production management to have always necessary supply to perform production activities.
• Support reception of Blank ID Documents.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or university degree.  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.  
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document handling.  
• Ability to work responsibly with sensitive information.  
• Serious and professional behavior, with honesty and discretion.  
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or shifts as required.  
• Familiarity with biometric ID projects or government-related document processing.  
• Knowledge of English in addition to Armenian.  
• Ability to propose process improvements and efficiency measures.  
• Willingness to support cross-departmental tasks when needed.  
• Mechanical knowledge will be a plus.
