We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will analyze large datasets, create data-driven reports, and provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. You will work with SQL, Python, or Power BI, build data visualizations, and optimize analytical models to drive efficiency and performance.

Job responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful insights.
• Develop data models and reports to support decision-making across departments.
• Utilize SQL, Python, or Power BI for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to identify business opportunities.
• Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across different data sources.
• Present data findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
• Support CRM-related administrative tasks, including bonus scheduling and back-office coordination.

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) for data extraction and manipulation,
• Experience with Power BI for statistical analysis and data processing,
• Strong skills in data visualization (Power BI),
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas),
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling,
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail,
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences,
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics,
• 2+ years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
