About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure initiatives across mechanical, electrical, and critical facility systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the execution of infrastructure projects related to power, cooling, networking, and data center construction activities. The position will primarily focus on project scheduling, timeline management, dependency tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that all project workstreams progress according to plan.

You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and leadership to maintain project schedules, identify risks and delays, and support the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously update detailed project schedules for mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure activities
  • Coordinate project timelines across multiple workstreams, including power systems, cooling systems, networking, construction, and commissioning activities
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery dates to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, risks, and potential delays, and proactively escalate issues
  • Coordinate activities between internal engineering teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Support planning and execution activities related to electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, power distribution, and critical facility infrastructure
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and progress trackers
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions and dependencies
  • Support commissioning, testing, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful project handover
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience coordinating infrastructure, construction, mechanical, electrical, or mission-critical facility projects
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including power distribution, cooling, HVAC, UPS, generators, or other critical infrastructure systems
  • Strong experience in project scheduling, timeline management, and dependency tracking
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • High sense of ownership and accountability with a proactive approach to execution
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting data center, energy, industrial, telecom, or other critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with hyperscale or enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure ecosystems
  • Exposure to construction or facility buildout projects
  • Experience in startup or rapidly scaling technology companies
